3 DAY PRO DANCE INTENSIVE
Recharge your practice with three powerful days of professional contemporary training.
Led by Kay Crook and guest artists, this intensive blends jamming, technique, floorwork, breathwork, guided improvisation, choreography, mindfulness and flow-state exploration, designed to push your artistry, endurance and creative connection within a vibrant dance community.
