About the event
DAY 3: MOVE & RESTORE
An open-level day of yoga, movement and creative exploration.
Take a day for yourself and enjoy the simple pleasure of moving.
Beginning with a grounding yoga practice, we'll explore guided movement, creative improvisation, playful movement jams and a specially adapted Wild Workshop. Together we'll create space to move with curiosity, reconnect with our bodies and enjoy the experience of moving alongside others.
Whether you move every day or are simply looking for time to pause, stretch and explore, this welcoming day is open to all levels of experience.
