PRO CLASSES
Join Kay Crook, Chhaya Collective, for an energetic contemporary dance class, working with Chhaya’s unique style; blending technique exercises, jamming, stretching, mindfulness, conditioning, floor drills, travelling and learning set sequences.
These sessions will have an emphasis on flow-states, endurance, pushing mental blockages, grounding and connection.
Our Pro Classes offer regular training opportunities for local dance artists and adults with dance experience. This is a chance for the local dance community to move together and includes studio access for one hour prior to class, plus half an hour after class, to chat, have a cuppa and stretch.
These classes are delivered by Chhaya Collective and supported by The Hall Exeter, Exeter Phoenix and Exe Movement.
Sessions are intermediate/advanced contemporary dance classes, aimed at dance artists and adults with dance experience (18+). Sessions are free and open for anyone to attend. If you feel you would like to make a donation for the class then please feel free to select whatever option on the ‘pay what you can’ drop down menu. These payments help us to support the running of Chhaya, including space hire and expenses.
