Join Kay Crook, Chhaya Collective, for an energetic contemporary dance class, working with Chhaya’s unique style. The session will offer regular training opportunities for local dance artists and adults with dance experience; blending technique exercises, jamming, dynamic stretch sequences, mindfulness, conditioning, floor drills, travelling and learning phrases / repertoire. This is a chance for the local dance community to move together and includes studio access for one hour prior to class, plus half an hour after class, to chat, have a cuppa and stretch.

Sessions are delivered by Chhaya Collective and supported by Exeter Phoenix, The Hall Exeter and Exe Movement.

Sessions are intermediate/advanced contemporary dance classes, aimed at dance artists and adults with dance experience (18+)
