Join Kay Crook, Chhaya Collective, for an energetic contemporary dance class, working with Chhaya’s unique style; blending technique, jamming, stretching, mindfulness, conditioning, floor drills, travelling and set sequences. Sessions will have an emphasis on flow-states, grounding and connection.
