This class will be a dynamic blend of floor work, optional contact, improvisation and learning some choreography from my first piece ‘Relentlessly Alive’ (2023). This embodied the strength and core of mother nature. I aim for a mixture of personal freedom and delving into my choreographic style. My work has influences of animalistic qualities, body percussion and breath work. Really looking forward to seeing you there!
